How to Get Started


Step 1: Gain Access to the Portal

Before you can use the RFP Portal, provide the following information to your Amazon point of contact:

  1. Company Code: Use your SCAC if applicable.
  2. Company Name
  3. Authorized Email Address: You can add multiple users.
  4. Phone Number (optional)

Amazon will authorize your access based on this information.


Step 2: Create an Account

  1. Open the Amazon RFP Portal.
  2. Click Sign Up or Reset Password.
  3. Enter your authorized email address and click SEND CODE.
  4. If you encounter an error, verify your authorization with Amazon.
  5. Enter the verification code received via email.
  6. Set your password and click SUBMIT.

Once successful, you’ll be redirected to the login page.


Step 3: Sign In

Using the RFP Portal


Finding Requests

There are two ways to locate RFPs:

  1. Browse Requests: Use the pagination options (Next, Previous, or enter a page number) to browse all available requests.
  2. Search Criteria: Enter keywords or criteria into the search bars under column headings. The search is not case-sensitive.


Submitting a Response


You can only submit responses for RFPs marked as “DATA_COLLECTION” status. Follow one of these methods:


Method 1: Enter Response Directly

  1. Open the request and review details.
  2. Enter your answers in the active fields (non-grayed-out).
  3. Leave blank any sections you’re not bidding on.
  4. Click Submit Data, and confirm in the pop-up window.


Method 2: Bulk Upload

  1. Download the request data in CSV format.
  2. Fill in the required fields in the downloaded file.
  3. Upload the completed CSV file to the portal.
  4. Address any errors flagged during the upload and re-submit.


Tracking Submission History

To track your submissions:

  1. Click HISTORY on the portal’s main page.
  2. View details such as who submitted the response and the date/time.


Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password, follow the steps under Create an Account to reset it.
